Sky Elements Business Texting is a person-to-person text message service operated by Sky Elements, LLC ("Sky Elements," "we," "us"). Through this service, members of our team exchange one-on-one text messages with clients, vendors, event partners, and other business contacts regarding show planning, quotes, scheduling, logistics, and related business matters. "Text Message Service" includes any arrangement in which we send one or more messages addressed to your mobile phone number, including text messages such as SMS, MMS, or successor protocols or technologies.
Consent
By providing your mobile phone number to Sky Elements and agreeing to communicate by text, or by initiating a text conversation with us, you consent to receive text messages from us at that number. By agreeing to receive text messages, you also consent to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement. You may withdraw your consent to the use of the electronic record by replying STOP. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Sky Elements.
Message frequency
This is a conversational service, so message frequency varies depending on your communication with our team. There is no fixed message schedule.

Sky Elements does not charge for this service. However, message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Contact your carrier for details.
How to opt out
You may stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. Because this is a person-to-person service, opt-out requests apply to the conversation between you and the team member and their associated phone number. After unsubscribing, you may receive one confirmation message. Reply START at any time to opt back in.
